lady gaga has been stopped in the streets by officers because of her revealing clothes.she was stopped in chicago for wearing tiny hotpants.she said"i guess they werent really pants at all.but it was really funny because all you saw was this half naked girl on the street yelling at some cop,"its fashion!im an artist!"it was fun"
